About Dairek Morgan

I am a registered Marriage and Family Therapy Intern (#IMF74377).  I received my masters in marriage and family therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA in 2012.  My training has been in emotionally-focused (EFT) and psychodynamic treatment modalities.
Over the last four years I have worked with clients seeking help for a wide variety of relational and personal challenges.  I am most fulfilled when working with clients who are committed to their own healing journey and particularly enjoy working with couples, men's issues, struggles in the arena of gender and/or sexuality, and spirituality.  During my internship under Dan Drake I am being trained as a CSAT (Certified Sex Addiction Therapist).  My clients often tell me they appreciate my ability to see through the "clutter" of problems and directly and compassionately address the heart of an issue.  I am passionate about seeing my clients thrive as they grow beyond feeling "stuck," receive inter and intra personal healing, and walk forward with freedom.
Having moved to Los Angeles from Tennessee 12 years ago, I have finally relented and am proud to call LA (Studio City!!) "home."  My wife and I have a 2 year old son, another baby on the way (due January 2016!) and a miniature schnauzer who is not too happy about it.
